Significance of the Strength Card: Joy of STRENGTH EXERCISED IN LOVE
A mature woman, the female principle, cradles the head of a lion in her hands. Crowning her head and adorning her white garment are the flowers and leaves of nature. Above her head is the symbol of continual creation, the infinity sign. The lion is the power of the king, of sexual fertility and drive and animal strength. She controls the lion through love, thereby nurturing all of nature., shown by the forest and mountains of the eternal garden which surrounds them.
