Mineral Information:
Ambylgonite and the more common Amblygonite Montebrasite variation form a small family of very similar but fundamentally different minerals with an alternative key component. It usually occurs on granite pegmatite rock, a favorite home of many flashy and large crystals. The amblygonite family bears lithium, making it popular in industrial commercial use, on top of its value as an aesthetically pleasing, usually yellowish, mineral. The highest quality material tends to be from Brazil.

Mineral Care:
